I had a bad experience because the pickup time was 6:00 PM, and even though we reached on time, the vehicle did not stop for us. They asked us to travel 36 km ahead by a private vehicle. They made only one call at the scheduled time, but my phone was busy at that moment, and we were at the same location. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Additionally, when we departed from Mumbai, we were made to wait for almost two hours. The pickup time was 9:45 PM, but the vehicle arrived at 11:00 PM. At Ganpatipule, the pickup time was 6:00 PM, and even though we reached exactly on time, we were informed that the vehicle had already left.
