Deceptive sale practices and billing
They don't tell details while selling you the services. eg-there is automatic renewal, so your card gets charged; they say price guarantee ;but if your kid does not like the tutor, they DO NOT refund your money even for next cycle. They will charge you for next month even if you have balance hours from previous month. And they will not tell you while selling you the services. HIGLY DECEPTIVE sales tactics and pushy salespersons.
