After posting my one star review and reason for it, Brinks responded and said to contact them to help resolve the issue. I sent an email to the address they provided and they never responded.

Customer BEWARE of the fear mongering…
Customer BEWARE of the fear mongering and fine print. They will use fear tactics to get you to renew your contract, telling you stories of home robberies. That's what the customer service rep did to me as a mom of little children. Furthermore, when I renewed our contract I had no idea a change of residence was in our future. Mistakingly, I thought that would be reason to cancel a contract. No. They want us to pay out our contract or find another family to take it. Ha! Who has that kind of money laying around? And how could I recommend them to another family?!!! So, now for three years we get to see a charge come out of our account for something that we literally don't use. So much money down the drain!!!!
