I would like to express my disappointment with the order I received of 5 pieces of filament. The delivery was made at relatively short notice, which initially left a good impression. Unfortunately, however, the condition of the parcel on receipt was extremely unsatisfactory. Upon receipt, it was apparent that the packaging was badly deformed and had visible external damage. However, I assumed that the contents might have been preserved. On opening, the inner rolls were also found to be damaged - crumpled and in places torn. I even had to rewind one of the rolls entirely by hand, which is unacceptable for a new product. I note that the quality of the material itself is reasonably good and comparable to that of other higher priced brands. However, the condition of the delivered goods and the lack of adequate protection in transit significantly deteriorate the overall impression.
