BEWARE- UNPROFESSIONAL & SCAMMING
This is a truly ridiculous company. The drivers apparently came to pick up my stuff, no one called to say they arrived, the link sent via text did not work n they had the absolute audacity to send me an email saying I canceled and will be charged $200..when their drivers made 0 attempt to reach me by phone. Called customer service and was so irritated by the lack of it. I will now havd to call my bank to ensure I block all attempts from Clutter to take my money. 0/10, DO NOT RECOMMEND..and all these hidden fees is crazy! Gas fee, then an hourly rate you gotta pay for them to move stuff..none of these fees were mentioned upfront
