Complete and utter scam
Complete and utter scam. Specified need by date, said 7-35 days, 35 days pass and they say "Oh, if you read the fine print, its actually 35 days OR MORE in perpetuity". Putting a need by date on your order does nothing, they don't contact you if the timeline won't work, they don't even make the costumes themselves, they are literally a middleman who provides zero value. When you request a refund, they refuse, and claim they can only return 50% of your hundreds of dollars. This is a NOT a costume manufacturer, they are literally just a chinese website, no business, no store, no seamstress, nothing. BUYER BEWARE!
