The real gem is the team providing the customer service
I purchased some crystal earrings—I think they were called the Elixir earrings(?) and then placed a second order for two of the sacred heart necklaces before the earrings even arrived because I was that excited. Everything was just so beautiful. When it arrived I was thrilled with how it all looked —just like online. The only problem I had was that one of the earrings had a sprung clasp. I emailed their support email address on the site I think that day, and they got back to me really quickly. Less than a few hours even. And every step of the process was like that. Easy, friendly, quick. The jewelry is beautiful, but the real gem is team providing the customer service.
