Reliable Support with Improving Call Quality
We’ve had a generally positive experience with Aircall. One of the standout aspects has been their customer service—responsive, helpful, and quick to address issues when they arise. It’s clear they prioritize supporting their customers, which has made a real difference for our team. That said, we have experienced occasional call quality issues reported by some of our users. While this has been a drawback at times, it does seem like improvements are being made, and the overall reliability has been trending in the right direction. Overall, Aircall has been a solid solution for our needs, especially with the strong support backing it up, and we’re encouraged by the continued improvements.
