Customer support from Rotimatic team
I experienced an issue with my Rotimatic Next machine and was very sure that it was a hardware related problem. But the Rotimatic support team resolved my concern with an over-the-air firmware update. I'm highly grateful to them. I took away 1 star from my review, since the support team took longer than expected time for providing resolution.
