Product not as described – clear non-conformity
Very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a custom-made dress, but the item I received is completely different from what is shown on the website. The design, structure, and fabric quality do not match the product photos at all. The advertised dress looks elegant and well-structured, while the one I received looks poorly made with low-quality materials. This is not a matter of personal preference — the differences are obvious and significant. When I contacted customer service, they refused a full refund and only offered a partial refund (85%) with return fees at my expense, which I find unfair given the clear lack of conformity. I am now forced to escalate this issue through my bank. I would strongly advise future customers to be careful before ordering, especially for important events like weddings.
