Subscription strategy doesn’t work so well
Update: after this review my case was immediately handled and got my money back with an apology. So credits for that, I’ve updated the review to three stars. This review is about the payment proces mostly, I can’t judge the actual content but they are passionate about it and seem to know what they are doing. It has some nice AI features. Like many other users mention, this company comes with a smooth marketing campaign in service of small entrepeneurs - and it no doubt has some good features. But its the covert strategy to pray on peoples forgetfulness that leaves a very disgenuis taste. Yes you legally agree to subscribe for 7 dollar to a years basic subscription, but if you forget about it, after a year you get charged 239 dollar. And even though they say that when you don’t use it and contact them they’ll refund, the before responsive support is not answering.
