Slow Response
The customer support is awful- you can’t get a person on the phone and there is no way to even submit a ticket for an order error. Update- They did eventually reach out to me to help. I'm still only giving three stars because the online support/ability to reach customer service is non-existent. I shouldn't have to blast them on trustpilot then wait a week to speak to customer service.
