Appalling service and delivery
Waited four months for delivery and then the delivery company cancelled post their delivery slot. I’ve contacted DC Concept and their delivery company 15 times now given my extra costs as a direct result and no response over months. I’ve asked to speak to a manager on various occasions and this was refused. Which company does this? Absolutely awful, so don’t order from them unless you want stress!
