I ordered a simple office chair. They reached out to say that, despite the advert for it being available immediately, it would be months before it arrived. They asked if I wanted to be on the 'waiting list' despite having literally already paid.
They contacted me in the middle of the night via WhatsApp too. They seemed to be pressuring me into something.
I demanded a refund as it started to seem like a scam. I think it's some sort of messy business model where they trick you into ordering and try to upsell you before they buy any stock in.
Worst customer experience I've ever had. DC Concept have supply chain management issues, poor communication and renege on any goodwill gestures to compensate. Ordered item which had a communicated delay of 8-9 weeks, instead of the 1-week delivery advertised on their website site. The item was actually delayed 11-weeks, and had an awful lot of chasing over email. No communication about delivery, and I was prompted to eventually organise myself with their driver. Item doesn't work in the flat, but also weirdly arrived in child-like wrapping on any of the metal components and needed to be returned. Again, very very little comms, 2 promised collection days with no-one showing up and taking time out of work. Over a week later and still haven't received refund. Really really poor. Never again.

I ordered a marble table, clearly described as such ( Rosaline table , I have website screenshots with their original description) and I received a FAKE marble table, all synthetic!!!! After more than a month claiming for a refund ( and after they colected back the table), they now tell me they are not even paying the whole price I had paid for the fraudulent item!!!!.
They have altered the product description of the website but still claim to be marble which is not true.
I hope they revoke their license to do business in the UK.

Delivery was as explained, quality of furniture was exactly how I hoped. Well protected and great receiving a unit fully assembled. No hesitation to buy from again.
I placed my order because the website stated the item was in stock and encouraged customers to order quickly for fast delivery. As I needed it urgently, I relied on that information.
Only after placing my order did I receive an email saying delivery would take 8–9 weeks. Even now, the website still shows the item as in stock with the same misleading delivery message.
After experiencing this, I started researching the company and found numerous scam warnings and complaints from other customers describing similar experiences.
I have screenshots proving the website's claims and the email confirming the 8–9 week delay. Based on my experience, I believe customers should be extremely cautious before ordering from this company.
I am reporting it and bringing the information to the news. I hope this can help other customers.

My table arrived in good condition and as expected. Customer service was always communicative. Slightly long waiting time for delivery but that was mentioned on the site. Item arrived shortly near that time.
I ordered the marble Aiko coffee table in a custom marble. It took a week or two longer than expected but couldn't be happier with the product. The customer service throughout the process was great.
Made a mistake of customisation and refused to admit it
I wish I saw the reviews before I ordered the Pacha Lounge Chair. I communicated with the customer service clearly with the customisation I need (changing the default white color to a light grey shade). After waiting for three months, I finally received the chair. When I opened it it turned out to be the exact same chair as the one they displayed on their website without any customisation. I reach out to Customer Service and requested an exchange. They argued that the chair is exactly the pattern that I chose even though they look very different. They refused an exchange or a refund. When I ask them to provide swatches so I can compare them and prove that they did deliver the wrong chair they also refused. Now I just get stuck with a chair that I didn’t order and could not get my money back.
Great price though delivery was longer than advertised but this was fully explained just after order.

Waited four months for delivery and then the delivery company cancelled post their delivery slot. I’ve contacted DC Concept and their delivery company 15 times now given my extra costs as a direct result and no response over months. I’ve asked to speak to a manager on various occasions and this was refused. Which company does this?
Absolutely awful, so don’t order from them unless you want stress!
The travertine round table purchased from DCCONCEPT arrived in a very good condition. The delivery man helped us unpacked the wooden crate and placed the table in the specific place! All we need to do was just to sit here to receive this brilliant table! Will strongly recommend~~
The TV unit parts were cracked and dirty like it had been used. Can't believe they would send out new unit in this condition. Waiting to hear back but I would definitely avoid this company. I specifically check with company to see if there was any damage and was told there wasn't.
Recieved the dining table , heavy marble top , driver on his own couldn’t do it on his own .
The marble top is seriously scratched , they are not replying to my emails with video and pictures , will wait one more day and update this review, I would advise NOT TO BUT from DC Concept …….
Do not use. Yes, the pictures on the website look nice, and the prices are competitive, but you pay for what you get.
We've been trying to get our table delivered, they outsource this to probably the worst delivery company there is. Unhelpful and they promise dates and then never deliver. DC Concept service is slow and it's impossible to speak to a human easily. Adding to the frustration.
I can't speak to the quality of the furniture as I don't believe it will ever arrive at this point. The last message from the courier company was "we've been told to hold all furniture and not delivery" so read into that what you can.
I have contacted my credit card company for a chargeback.
Do not order from this website they are a total scam and they have not shipped many orders - they have not responded to our emails and now holding approx £20 thousand pounds of our money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE
Terrible service, bad comms and possibly a scam company
Terrible service. The table is now a month late and we still don't know when it'll be delivered. It was given to one courier who couldn't deliver to our address so went back to the warehouse and now is out for delivery again but I've been given delivery tracking that doesn't work. Hopeless. It feels like a scam. I hope we eventually get it after over 3 months of waiting but who knows at this point. Wouldn't recommend.
Clearly a scam company - having read the reviews on here I enquired after a particular office chair, there having been a conflict in the stated delivery timescales on the website. I contacted via the WhatsApp number provided and queried the many poor reviews, particularly those about delivery and quality of item. I was told in response that the item was out of stock. I replied that the website is still showing availability to which teh response was that the person would speak to the 'technical team'! I pressed them about the reviews and I was blocked. Don't be tempted to buy from this company.
Awful. Do not order. They told me my order would ship nine weeks later than expected. When I asked for a refund it took days to process. Terrible website.
Scammers, failed to achieve a promised delivery window and then refused to refund me when the timing meant it didn’t work.
Avoid at all costs - they are pirates, I have reported them to the trading ombudsman.
