Do not buy from this website!! I bought a graduation dress for my daughter and when it arrived it was poorly sewn and not quite what it looked like online. I started the returns process and they first wanted me to send pictures of the dress to make sure it was in good condition, which I did. They tried to offer small refunds in exchange for keeping the dress. I said no thank you. They said I should take it to a tailor, told me I’d have to pay a lot to send it back, told me it costs them so much to make dresses, etc. We went back and forth a few times and then they stopped responding completely. Never got a cent back. The whole experience was a scam. Do not support this business! I reported them to Shopify (the payment merchant) but they just said they would send the complaint to the company which is pointless.
