Be careful of the subtle T&Cs
I signed up for a trial that I thought was for a Web app. I ended up with a subscription to a mobile only app. I never activated my account - despite getting reminders to activate, I was still charged from the point of signing up for the trial. If you dig around in some hyperlinks in an initial email there are T&Cs around a full subscription - but it is not obvious unless you click into the hyperlinks. Cancellation was confirmed on 23 April, but I was still charged now on 28 April. Support has a total uncompromising stance to refunds even if you never activated your trial/account. I have ended up paying for 3 months despite not activating my account or installing the app. This is unnecessary hostility and paints the picture of a company intent on making money at all costs as opposed to being reasonable.
