Pros: - Human Connection through Customer Service - Understanding of my request - Fairly responsive wait times within 2 business days - Product: Recommended amount is perfect for high density type 4 hair. - Product: Good quality. For best reusabilty, clean while still installed in hair. Need to Know: - The Hair Behaves Just Like Natural Hair. It Will Tangle, Just Like Natural Hair. Cons: - Validation methods, sending pictures of products to return them + initial communications were difficult but able to adjust later on. - Less Professional, felt like I was texting a Gen Alpha individual rather than a customer service representative. Notes for Anyone Else: - If you are planning to return a package just return it to sender. It is the same address you'll do if you reach out to customer service. Just return it and send the email later that same day.
