Horrible. Bait-and-Switch. Items Not as Described, Poor Resolution
I ordered two blouses from Lumenyse.com based on the images and descriptions shown on their website. What I received looked nothing like what was advertised. The items were clearly cheap imitations with different materials, poor quality, and none of the detailed embroidery shown in the photos. This is not a case of sizing or personal preference. The items were materially different from what was sold. I contacted customer service and provided photo evidence. Instead of resolving the issue, they told me I would have to return the items to China at my own expense or accept a partial discount coupon. That is not a reasonable solution when the products are misrepresented. After pushing further, I only received delayed responses and no meaningful resolution. Buyers should beware.
