Can't find my reservation
I have been trying to find my reservation, but apparently I had entered the wrong number so the automated system could not find my reservation. I tried to stay on the line (like the automated message said to do) and it hung up on me, and this has happened several times. I have already been charged the fees, but cannot book my actual dates. Their website is also not the best to navigate so I have no other way to communicate with anyone. Be careful if you are trying to get a good deal, because to me at this point it has just been more frustrating than anything
