Pros and cons
Edit…boutique rugs has phenomenal customer service!! As mentioned in my earlier review the rug showed up promptly and was well packaged. But, they were also eager to make things right after the rug was not to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. If Things I like…the rug showed up in a timely fashion. It was packaged well and laid out very nicely. I did just receive it so I don’t know about quality. There are a couple spots where the weave is coming out and unfortunately, it is right where you can see it. But otherwise, the weave is tight. What I don’t like…I don’t love the color. It has a greenish hew to it. I can live with the color but this rug is REALLY uncomfortable under the feet even with a pad. I have another jute rug and it is much softer to walk on. It is like walking on rocks. I would try to return but it is super heavy. I bought the 12x15’ rug and had to recruit help to get it loaded in the first place. If this was in a room that would be walked on a lot, it would be unusable. Overall, I’m very disappointed and regretting the purchase.
