I am leaving this review for fonus technical team. Today my phone was dropping calls because of a glitch of some kind on fonus but the tech Bruce was so knowledgeable and patient to figure out how to make my iPhone on fonus work again for me over wifi connection. I was so happy and appreciative that they figured out how to restore my service again. I had spent some time with the previous tech people who also tried several different solutions for me but without any luck to get it working. This time the diligence of the last technician paid off and completely corrected my issue where" I could not hear the caller nor could they hear me. . I was so happy to have this solved again and have had no more issues with it. I had to give them 5 stars for service & 5 stars for dedication to find out with accuracy a solution to make my phone work perfectly for me again. I am feeling blessed &&enjoying the fonus service once again thanks to their technically superior staff. It is an economical phone to use and mostly works over wifi as well as cellular service.
