Paid but not received my order
I placed an order for break pads through the company’s official website. The package was sent, but lost by UPS during transport. UPS confirmed that the package was lost by them but requested a complaint directly from Kukirin. It has now been about 7 weeks since my order and still no break pads or money in return. //Niklas, Sweden
