Absolutely worst experience with redBus. This “3X Refund Guarantee” is nothing but a misleading marketing gimmick. I paid ₹500 EXTRA per ticket for this so-called guarantee. My total booking was ₹8,275. When my train tickets didn’t get confirmed, instead of a proper refund, they returned only ₹6,100. The remaining amount? Forced into a ₹6,000 voucher with ridiculous conditions: Valid for only 7 days Can be used only within a 100 km radius of the original route (Kalyan–Veraval) This makes the voucher practically useless. How is this a “3X refund” when customers don’t even get their own money back? This is clearly designed to trap customers with hidden terms and force repeat bookings. Customer support is equally disappointing—no accountability, no proper resolution. This was a complete waste of money and time. Highly misleading service. I will NEVER use this platform again and strongly warn others to stay away from such deceptive offers.
