Ordered 16 April and still nothing has arrived. Tracking shows only a label was created. No transparency on where the item are shipping from. Advice is to look ahead to have routine consumables on hand to avoid your machine being unused for, going on, three weeks. UPDATE: Elegoo immediately replied to this review and re shipped after a few days. It arrived 14 May. Appears it was shipped from a west coast USA site. Why this didn't happen first time, I don't know. I'm satisfied with the response and they took care of me. I do hope they review their sourcing or orders. Tracking for the original order still shows "Label created".
