No One Answers
I have tried multiple time to speak with a customer service rep to review my account. I have called multiple times, tried to chat online, and send an email to their support. I am met with the same response, that they have heavy than usual call volumes etc... No answer after several minutes (over 30) on hold... If they are that busy, they need to hire more staff. I'm beginning to think they are a scam.
