I had a issue with a free standing punch, I was hesitant to email in but once I did the team was very understanding and really helpful, I was met with quick reply’s and troubleshooting, in the end they organised a quick and easy collection of the bag and sent out a replacement bag on a priority basis, overall I was blown away by the service at RDX!
