I cannot recommend Tokit. My Tokit multitask cooking robot developed a major defect—the heating function completely failed, making the appliance unusable for its intended purpose. I submitted a warranty claim and promptly provided all requested photos, videos and the serial number. Despite weeks of waiting and multiple formal reminders, Tokit failed to offer any repair, replacement or refund. Customer support kept delaying the process instead of honoring its warranty obligations. I eventually had to escalate the matter to consumer protection authorities and publicly document my experience. If you expect reliable products and professional after-sales support, think twice before buying from Tokit.
