I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience using Aeropost. I was charged over USD $258 to ship an item that originally cost only USD $53, which I found unreasonable - note I did purchase 2 of this item. Although the manager offered a reduction of approximately USD $115 after investigation, also explaining that the weight was a factor in the high cost, the final cost remained excessive. While I appreciate the partial adjustment, I believe a more meaningful concession could have been offered. This experience has caused me to seriously reconsider continuing to use Aeropost for future shipments.
