portal is very bad, especially generate 2 identical orders. Refused to cancel one even contact Travelpro immediately. Contacted credit and dispute. They insist on ship both order out. Refuse shipment eventually. Will never buy from them directly again even the product seems to be good. Even the Costconext is useless. I rather pay 30% markup with better customer service. Totally worthless.
