Ordered for birthday delivery and was told on the morning the flowers were expected that I had to reschedule. Who tf reschedules a birthday anything? No offer to replace, etc. Total garbage company & waste of time. Wish I would've gone through ANY other company. Hell, I'd have gotten better service from the effing grocery store florist.
