Avoid!! Ordered an item through Zen Market
Ordered an item through Zen Market. They collected payment, sourced the item locally from Japanese Amazon, then claimed they couldn’t ship it to the US due to cosmetics restrictions. They then demanded I pay a disposal fee to throw away a product that they could have simply returned to Amazon Japan for a full refund. Filed a PayPal dispute and was refunded immediately — PayPal sided with me same day. When I filed the dispute they banned my account for using buyer protection. Avoid.
