Classic bait and switch
Classic bait and switch. Can't get a refund on your items, but that isn't clearly stated before the purchasing process. Clothes are meh. Took me five exchanges to get clothes I was okay with (didn't love), and they stopped doing exchanges. Quality could be much better for the price they are asking.
