DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They deliver food you did not order and were not told you are paying for just to see their menus. In fact, I put on green chef that I NEVER wanted shellfish and magically it arrived today and they refuse to refund what I did not agree to and they are also refusing to help with the return of the box. This is total FRAUD and the company is dishonest. Also, as a side note, Rachelle (not in the U.S.) answered the support number with another company and then said "Green Chef" and told me it was a long wait for a supervisor and did not want to get me one. This is a total joke and she also told me that when you look at menus you are automatically agreeing to the food order they show you. That is also not honest. I have NO SUBSCRIPTION and NO AGREEMENT with this company yet they want to charge me hundreds for a box I did NOT order.
