Nonfunctional out of the box and customer support is unacceptable
**Defective on arrival, 26 days to first real reply, only after I disputed the charge.** My Lymow One Plus 10A arrived defective — booted to a diagnostic screen on first power-on, never reached the pairing flow. The order was also missing the three blade sets it was supposed to include. I contacted support on April 30. No phone number on the website, live chat widget doesn't work, email only. Auto-reply said the ticket was escalated. Then nothing. Eight polite follow-ups over three weeks. My 30-day return window expired on day 31 with zero support contact from Lymow. I disputed the charge with my credit card company around May 21. Lymow's first real response came on May 26 — 26 days in, and only after my card issuer contacted them. Two different reps then gave me contradictory answers on material terms. Return label finally issued June 8. FedEx picked up the machine June 16 (I had to call FedEx myself — Lymow didn’t arrange pickup). Lymow confirmed receipt and accepted the chargeback on June 23. Full refund processed. **54 days from fault report to refund. 26 days to first substantive response, only after a credit card dispute was filed.** At this price, with a 30-day return window that starts ticking at delivery, defective hardware plus unresponsive support is a serious problem. The grass keeps growing while you wait for a reply. I'm also concerned a company that operates this way may struggle to survive — which would leave owners with an unsupported mower and no parts or software updates. I think I'll spend my hard earned money on a more conscientious/prepared company with an actual support department. Order #9831
