Poor Quality for Price, Deleted Instagram Comments
The jewelry is beautiful, but the quality is bad. I purchased two 14K gold plated rings about 2 months ago and both are already tarnishing. I reached out to customer service and was told nothing could be done. I also noticed my comments were removed from social media. For the price I paid, I expected better quality and support. I buy lots of plated jewelry and don't wear them in pools, at the beach, in the shower or sleep in them. UPDATE: Yes, they did contact me, but said exactly what they wrote below and offered no exchange or refund. Just told me that this sometimes happens...
