The technician (Rich) was competent, professional and thorough. Two of the three keypads in our property failed. When the first tech came over to diagnose - he couldn't repair so we were offered a hybrid upgrade - 2 weeks out. (Which we did not want, we preferred to have the existing system restored). Rich came on 5/4 for the upgrade, diagnosed the problem, went the extra distance to find the system failure and corrected it! He did what was needed and did so professionally - nicely done!
