The website was not allowing me to place an order for a dale item that was back ordered, but had a projected to be in stock in 2 weeks. I called my local Sur La Table, and the sales associate who answered could not assist me in place the order, but referred me to a phone number where I could be assisted. Darieel Lopez was outstanding. She not only secured the back ordered product, but also assisted me with my entire order. She was friendly, professional, courteous and thorough. THANK YOU!
