Scam- DO NOT BUY. Hard to cancel. Bad customer service
Scam. Terrible customer service. I canceled my subscription in 2024, and they sent me confirmation that I had canceled. Yet every 6-12 months, they charge (or attempt) to charge my bank account. If you call customer service, no one picks up, and they rarely respond to emails in a timely manner or at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. If you have problems, make a complaint to your local Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
