I have a truck mount tool box and have lost the keys I have been trying for weeks to get a set of replacement keys. I keep getting the run around and finally they told me it had to come from an outside vendor I called the no and went to their website and they claimed their website is down for upgrades. I have spent several hours trying to deal with this. How can you sell a quality product and not sell replacement parts for it. I am disappointed with northern tools and will never purchase another product from them. The tool box is in great condition however useless without keys so I plan on trashing it and investing in a different brand count my loses I don’t recommend them to anyone
