Don’t order - impossible to return
I recently ordered a costume from this company, and the experience was very disappointing. The item arrived with black manufacturing "alignment marks" across the chest. When I contacted customer service, they told me I should simply "wash it" myself to fix the defect. A customer should never have to wash a brand-new item to make it wearable. Furthermore, the quality of the trousers and shirt does not match the professional photos on their website. When I asked for a refund, they offered a measly 10% and informed me that I would have to pay for tracked shipping back to China, which costs nearly as much as the item itself. This is a common tactic to make returns impossible. To make matters worse, they expect the customer to pay for expensive international shipping to China for returns, even for defective items. Their 10% refund offer is an insult. I do not recommend this company. Don’t buy!!! Yes an email was sent 30% for an item I cannot use or return due the cost! So I have spent a lot of money for an cosplay out my son isn't able to use
