AI agent suck, give option for call.
really hard to connect with the human agent, multiple layer of AI. it's really hard to properly solve issue if grab taking one whole day to reply an email and all they can say is we will transfer you to another team. and took another day. my issue has been ongoing for 2 week with no further info or anything to make me feel at ease.
