Ordered groceries on 5 May and specified delivery for 7 May between 6-8 pm. At the point of writing this, I’m still waiting. Called their customer service and spoke with a Mohan who was unable to help or ascertain what was the issue. What a cheat! Never had any issues with purchases and delivery from NTUC, CS Fresh etc. Not ordering from RedMart again as I’ve lost trust and faith in them.
