e recently had new flooring installed by National Floors Direct and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The sales process was straightforward, the team answered all our questions without any pressure, and scheduling was quick and convenient. The installers arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to detail. The quality of the flooring looks amazing and completely transformed our home. They also made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving, which we really appreciated.
