Don’t sign up!
I signed up to this app based on a £9 subscription. I have since been charged £39.99 the following month having not even used the app. Upon receiving an email stating that I been charged I immediately contacted the app to request a refund. They responded offering free months of subscription instead of a refund which is of no use to me as I haven’t used the app at all. Following my response requesting a refund again I’ve had no response. Terrible customer service, stay well clear of this scam! They con people into signing up with low price offers and then wait until you have forgotten before stinging you with a high price subscription with no intention of providing a refund. Terrible company with terrible morals. If this app is designed to support people then they’re frauds! Do not sign up!
