Pre-order Kobra S1 Max… now delivered
I purchased a Pre-order Kobra S1 Max combo back on January 20th, with the estimated delivery 25th to 5th March. When these dates passed I attempted to contact Anycubic by email on 17th March, and go a reply on 27th March with a tracking link was for a German order, not my order for Australia. I replied to this email but never got a reply. On 24th April I got an email from support regarding my ticket not being active for 30 day. I replied to this email regarding my order and have been waiting for a reply. I don't know if they will reply to my input here, but I did see I reply back in March on Trustpilot where they said the delivery schedule had gone back to May, so at the time thought everything was OK. I would expect a reparable company to keep there customers informed directly regarding changes to their expected deliveries. I have purchased pre-order items from other companies and they have always gave direct feedback to any changes with delivery timing and reasons for this. I can except changes as long as I am made aware. From my experience I would not recommend purchasing from the company, unless they can improve their customer relations. The following is an update regarding the above. I did get a reply from Anycubic regarding the new delivery schedule, and was kept up to date with the multiple packages I would be receiving. The only problem I had, was the printer arrived damaged. After contacting Anycubic support, they promptly replied with a link to make a claim via the Seel Worry-Free Purchase. Within a week of receiving the damaged goods, I had a refund deposited in my bank account that covered purchase price of the printer. I couldn't be any happier with Anycubic support regarding this final stage of my purchase. I would just recommend that this level of support should have been given with updates regarding the changed delivery schedule of the pre-order. That's the reason I have changed my one star review to four stars.
