Easy but need improvement
Basicly pelago is easy to use the points are beneficials for miles. Easy to book and also no problem when buying entrance ticket When i search for experience/ transportation, the name of the tour/ local operator is not written before the booking was paid. ( mostly just by viator) . This made us difficult to contact the operator when we want to customized / ask few things directly. The reviews also come from viator not the pelago user.
