Poor Planning and Delivery Service
’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Teleflora this Mother’s Day. I placed an order for flowers to be delivered in Glendale, AZ — a major city — only to have my order canceled because they claimed they couldn’t find a florist in the area. On Mother’s Day of all days, this is unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. While I did receive a refund, it completely defeated the purpose since the flowers were meant to celebrate my mom on a special occasion. Reliable delivery is the bare minimum expectation when ordering through a flower service. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be trusting or ordering from Teleflora again.
