BUYER BEWARE!
BUYER BEWARE!! I dont recommend purchasing from Elegoo or anyone affiliated with them. Although they offer a warranty, they do not honor it. We purchased the new GigaStorm 3D printer, but only one plate functions sometimes and we have had to recalibrate and re -level it manually after every attempted print. Responses to all communications have been extremely delayed by both emails and texts. When we finally do receive a responce its inconsistent or unhelpful. Despite spending almost 3000 on this unit, we have faced ongoing issues for almost a month or more. Our attempts to return the product from week one have been met with repeated requests for photos, rather then meaningful support. We were finally promised a phone call to get setup for two weeks now, but no one has contacted us. Communication has been limited to automated messages, or complete silence. Will have lost over 100 dollars in PLA alone, and thats not counting the broken parts we need replaced. We recommend purchasing a 3D printer locally in the US, and avoid Elegoo. We plan to follow up this week to Social Media and the Better Business Bureua. We will continue to warn everyone through all the social media platforms.
