Save yourself some aggravation
Second Wink Bed I have owned. This was delivered as a "mattress in a box" by FedEx and setup and removal was through LoadUp. First, LoapUp: expected a professional setup and removal crew and literally got three guys and a pickup truck. These guys had no idea what they were supposed to do. Then the mattress itself. After it was unpacked and allowed to expand, the mattress is just a misshapen mess. Not one corner is square and the whole mattress is lopsided - more like a parallelogram than a rectangle. My previous Wink Bed was delived by truck and arrived in prefect condition. Save yourself some aggravation and buy your mattress from a local store - I wish I had!
