Pros and cons
I like the website and registry features. Vendor listings and messaging are good. The planning checklist is sort of helpful, albeit clunky. The push notifications suck. I get a notification on my phone and click on it and it just takes me to The Knot and doesn’t show me what the notification is for. Ordering invitations was easy enough the first time. I ended up ordering a few more in a second order and despite not changing anything, I noticed that a word was missing on the envelopes and when I pointed that out, I got an email stating that my whole envelope order had been canceled. So now I have to order envelopes yet again. My wedding is in less than 90 days so this delay is very problematic. Update: someone reached out and corrected the invitation issue, so the customer service gets an extra star.
